Serenade by the Moon (17)

back >>>
Have you ever seen the moon in the sky at night without it singing to you? The moon at night always inspires me. Sometimes this is with such an intensity that I file the image in my memory for safekeeping. The experience transcends nearly everything I experience - and it's very personal. I like to think of it as the moon serenading me with it's isolated beauty. Painting these serenades brings me echoes of the same feelings I've experienced and great joy in the process.
